The photos in the review are heavily edited and don’t show how bad the property really is. It’s unhygienic, poorly maintained, and not properly cleaned. When I asked the caretaker about the photos, he said OYO had uploaded them and it wasn’t their fault. The room smelled strongly of smoke and old fungus. The cupboard was in very bad condition, and the blanket they gave us had a hole and wasn’t clean or properly washed. There was a TV but no remote, and the same problem with the AC even though we booked an AC room. The lift is very old. They gave us just one towel for two people even after we asked for another. This place isn’t family friendly, maybe only for bachelors or men. Visit once before booking.

They gave us a NON-AC room on the first day even though we’d booked AC. After a long struggle we got an AC room, but there was no remote, and getting that took a lot of effort too. There were only two beds despite our booking being for three, and they wanted extra money for a third bed. The TV had no remote and didn’t work either. There wasn’t a chair, and the room was dirty, with bottles and rubbish lying around. The receptionist and attender kept misbehaving with us. Then, a day before checkout, they asked us to leave.

We were constantly afraid someone could be watching us because there were holes in both the bathroom and bedroom. The place looked dingy and nothing like its photos, so we checked out early. They also wanted extra payment for an AC room even though we’d already paid everything through OYO, and they had a problem with us paying that way. The OYO app showed no bad reviews, so don’t trust it. I’d never recommend this place to anyone. It’s pathetic.
