The staff showed good hospitality, but the hotel's luxury standards were a real letdown for India. The rooms are tiny, with poor aesthetics and vaastu. The washbasin sits right beside the bed, in view when you're lying down, which felt very uncomfortable and dirty. The bathroom has a low ceiling and is cramped. I slept poorly because of the layout, and the stay was pathetic for the premium price.

Ms. Minwe from catering was attentive, polite, and dedicated, always serving with a warm smile. The whole hotel team was professional and hospitable, which made our stay comfortable and pleasant. My one suggestion is to make the rooms bigger. They feel quite compact, especially if you're staying longer, and more space would improve the experience.

The breakfast was fresh and well prepared, with plenty of variety. Minwe looked after me and made sure everything was taken care of. She was attentive and very polite, always with a warm smile. Her hospitality reflects well on Holiday Inn's service standards. They're lucky to have such dedicated staff. Highly recommended! 👍

The front desk check-in was the worst part of the stay. On February 13th, the two women at reception handled the guest rush with care and diligence, and were commendably polite. The man, possibly the manager or lead staff, was another story. Guests were told to sit, but nobody tracked the queue. When I pointed out that people weren't being called in order, he said he'd memorized it and was calling guests who had left luggage that morning and just returned. Someone who'd waited in the lobby for 45 minutes was expected to wait longer for guests who'd gone out and come back whenever they pleased. Check-in is listed as 3pm, not 10am, so people shouldn't be penalized for arriving at the stated time. The way he handled and justified this with me and several others was awful customer service. Even the waiting guests seemed to be called out of order, and staff didn't even have pen and paper to record names. The room was tiny, as others have said, though that's expected for a business hotel if the price reflects it. Read the other reviews about the poor service before booking. Buyer beware.
