We booked two rooms for one night with family, and the condition of what we were given was unacceptable. We weren't shown the rooms before checking in, despite any claims to the contrary, and we have photos and videos documenting what we found. There were cockroaches in the room, beneath the cot, and in the washroom. The commode, taps, and basin were in such poor shape that the bathroom was unusable. Switchboards were broken, there were no towels, and the rooms had neither TV nor AC, despite what we expected from the booking. At the restaurant, we asked for hot coffee and got it cold. Even though we understand this was booked at the last minute, that doesn't excuse rooms being handed over in this state. The hotel needs major work on its facilities, basic service, and management accountability. I can't recommend it to families or anyone who expects basic hygiene and comfort.

After just one night here, I can't understand how THE ANMOL CONTINENTAL HOTEL is rated three stars. To me it felt more like a one-star place, and honestly I didn't want to give even that rating. The room was dirty and unhygienic, with cockroaches and bedbugs. The bathroom wasn't clean and had no water. Service was poor, and the receptionist didn't behave properly.
A complete waste of my time and money. The reception has Wi-Fi, but the rooms are awful, and there's no hot water. The washroom was dirty too. I've asked for two days to have my room and the garbage cleared, but nobody responds or cleans it. The staff are terrible. Please don't book this hotel.
Only the cot was in average condition, and the room wasn't worth what I paid. In Room No. 214, the commode was broken, the door lock didn't work properly, and the mirror was dirty and badly placed. The buckets were in poor condition too. Please address the maintenance problems to improve the experience for guests.
The location gets five stars from me. I visited a few days ago, and the rooms and service were good too. The staff were helpful, and it works well for families or friends.
