The location was convenient for reaching both the ORR and the city, and valet parking was a big help. The housekeeping staff kept my room in good shape and changed the linen and towels every day. I was amazed by how friendly all the staff were. My wife and I are grateful to everyone who made our Diwali stay so memorable. We’ll remember those happy days for a long time and I’ll recommend the hotel to many of my guests for its ambience and hospitality. Best wishes and happy Diwali to the staff.
4/10
The location was good, but the staff were horrible. My room had cockroaches and a stale smell. Breakfast was the same set meal of idli and oily vada, brought to the room whenever suited their timing.
2/10
The receptionist was too harsh with customers. This was the worst hotel I’ve experienced so far, and the rooms were awful.
2/10
The room service staff were really good, but the property was badly maintained and not worth the price. The bedsheets weren’t clean, and the towel they gave me smelled very old. I’ve never seen such a bad property.
8/10
Room service food was really good, and the service overall was decent. My ratings would be 9/10 for food and 8/10 for service, but only 6/10 for room cleanliness. The rooms are small for a couple but okay for one person, and the TV doesn’t work. They’re a bit costly for the size. I had a good experience overall, and it’s suitable for a solo traveler. Families should check the room before paying. I don’t know why people post one-star reviews, since it wasn’t bad overall.
