Ruby Grand Inn by OYO Rooms

The staff were so bad, and they charged me 1100 for 12 hours. This is the worst hotel I've come across in Hyderabad. I wouldn't visit this hotel or Ruby Grand, that's my advice.

The room I got was the worst non-AC room, even though I'd booked an AC one. It was dirty, the bathroom was dirty too, there was no geyser, and only one switchboard worked. The counter person was rude and unwelcoming. I reached in heavy rain with a room booked through the OYO app, and first they asked for extra money, saying they don't follow OYO prices. After I complained to OYO customer service, they eventually agreed, but seemed to give me that room out of frustration. Don't choose this hotel because of the location or an urgent need.

The rooms had visible mosquitoes and cockroaches, the toilets were stained a rusty color, and the geyser didn't work properly. There wasn't even proper drinking water, which was frustrating. They charge more than OYO prices and only give you a room if you agree to the amount they demand, which differs for AC and non-AC rooms. I booked here because I had no other choices at the time, but please avoid it.

The hotel refused to check me in after I booked through OYO, then asked for more money for an AC room. I wouldn't recommend booking here.
