The rooms aren't good, and the amenities advertised on MMT, goibibo, Yatra and other booking sites weren't actually there. Things like a kettle, tea maker, and laundry were missing. The room didn't feel big enough for a deluxe category, and the higher price didn't seem justified. I was travelling alone, but after the receptionist took my aadhar and details about the guests, I was given two single beds. How is one person supposed to sleep on both sides of the room at once? A king-size bed would make more sense for a solo guest. There was a pane missing from the bathroom ventilator, which makes me wonder how well the hotel is maintained. Insects were all over the room, from large and small cockroaches to other creatures. We also regularly got the smell of pegion poop and feathers. I don't complain about pegion sounds, since they're common in hyderabad. The glass door facing the metro view didn't shut fully, leaving a gap wide enough for a snake to pass through. The pictures attached show how the interior looks. There were cigarette marks on the bedsheets, dirty brown bed rolls, and blackish window curtains. If you haven't experienced a three-star hotel with such bad facilities, this visit will be something. Don't ask for any pros, because I found only cons.

The morning-shift receptionist uncle was kind enough to come downstairs and help us lift a bike, even though he's a senior citizen. I appreciated him a lot, and later asked him to call room service since lifting it might affect his health. The night-shift receptionist wasn't helpful. On our family vacation we left the room before 9 AM, but he said cleaning only happened from 10 AM to 5 PM and wouldn't be provided unless we handed over the keys. Nearby, everything is convenient, including Bawarchi, Odeon Mall, and the Metro. The room was neat and clean. Parking was another problem: although the listing said it was available, we had to park on the road. Chinese Corner restaurant staff wouldn't allow parking in front of their restaurant. The hotel has just one car spot by the stairs, and bikes were parked there. When we asked the night receptionist to get the bike owners to move them, since the handles were locked, he refused to help.

We got the room at a decent price. Book through the online apps and use the available discounts to save, since calling to book gets you charged 2000 a day. The room was clean, and the receptionist let us check in an hour early without extra charge. It's a good spot if you want to stay near the main road with easy access for getting around. Check-in and check-out were smooth.

Getting around from Hotel Imperial Classic in Chikkadpally was easy, with shopping, transport hubs, and major attractions within reach. My room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful. It was a comfortable, convenient stay and good value for both business or leisure travel.

RTC-X metro is just 350 meters away, and Bawarchi, the famous biriyani restaurant in Hyderabad, is 400 meters from the hotel. The room and toilet were both spacious. The place was neat and clean, and the manager uncle was kind and helpful.
