The staff kept hovering around and seemed more interested in tips than in giving good service. When I raised the state of the room, their response was careless and unprofessional: it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest, with liquor bottles left behind and the washroom messy. The so-called complimentary breakfast was underwhelming and felt like it was offered just for formality. Definitely below expectations.
A good place to stay in vanasthalipuram, close to everything. There’s no restaurant on site, though, so you have to rely on online delivery.
The rooms are well maintained, the staff are very nice, and the food is good. It’s a good hotel to stay at, near the main bus road and area.
I really liked staying here. The staff were helpful and good, and they’d get you whatever you needed right away. It was a wonderful stay, and I’ll definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family.
Really clean rooms and friendly service. Thanks to the management for keeping the place so tidy!
