I was completely worn out that day and had luggage with me, so finding a decent, affordable room in a main area, opposite the masjid, meant a lot. The room service was right on point, and they didn't charge for it. I met the building owners too. They were honest, humble, and down to earth, despite owning shops and residential buildings in main areas. I didn't feel any airs about them. I liked the hotel's atmosphere. The receptionist was praying namaaz, and we waited until he had finished his prayers and sunnah. I'm grateful to Allah for redirecting me here through the owners. Thanks as well to the owners, Hameed bh and their family, and the maqdoom brothers for serving the community when needed. Alhamdulillah, Jazakallahu khaira. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable, decent room in a main area.

For ₹800, I paid for 6 hours and got a room with no towel, wet, smelly bedsheets, and not one charging point. Sleeping on a platform might have been better. The price was very high for this nightmare of a stay. This is a third-class hotel, don't choose it under any circumstances. It should be delisted.

The operator was rude and dismissive when I asked about the problems. The bathroom smelled of cigarettes, and there were condom packets there. This was the worst experience of my life. I booked through goibibo for 6 hours and paid nearly 800/-, while other hotels charge 1200 to 1400 for 24 hours. For the price, the service and room quality were awful. This place hardly deserves to be called a Residency, whatever the grand name DM Residency suggests. I don't know why goibibo lists it. Not recommendable at all, even for 1 hour.

The reception and staff were rude and didn't know how to speak to guests. They didn't give me a room, and I wasn't refunded. The worst experience ever.
