Sitara Grand LB Nagar

The event arrangements at Sitara Grand near LB Nagar were just average, neither great nor terrible. The washrooms and rooms were okay too, nothing impressive. The food was the real letdown. I didn’t like a single item, and every dish tasted below average. The sweet was so sugary that one or two bites felt like too much. I expected better from Sitara Grand, and this visit didn’t meet my expectations. I wouldn’t choose this place for another event.

We left because the food tasted bad and the management handled the complaint terribly. The mutton biryani was salty, so they changed the plate but brought the same dish, only replacing the rice and leaving the mutton. When we said it was still salty and asked them to take it away and bring chicken biryani, they said they’d charge us the mutton biryani price for it. Then a staff member argued that they’d served many people without anyone else complaining and that we were the only ones. We asked if we’d come to eat or just pass time. Their arguing was unprofessional. I recommend not going there.

Rates are above normal, and service is okay. The biryani is a bit spicy. Parking is available in the cellar. It’s a good family place for lunch or dinner if you want to spend some quality time.

The location is convenient and easy to reach, the surroundings feel pleasant and safe, and there’s adequate, well-managed parking. Security seemed reliable. The property was impressively clean, from the spacious, well-kept lobby to the rooms and washrooms. My room was neat and hygienic, with a comfortable bed, clean linens, toiletries, and air conditioning that worked well. Housekeeping kept it spotless each day, and the water and other facilities worked without interruption. It was peaceful and relaxing, with no disturbance. The reception staff welcomed me warmly, and check-in was quick and smooth. Staff were always smiling and ready to help, and room service responded quickly. The restaurant service was prompt and courteous. The food was freshly prepared, served hot, and delicious, with good vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices. Breakfast was well organized, offered several options, and was satisfying and consistent. The hotel also has a well-arranged event and banquet space, nicely decorated for birthdays, weddings, meetings, and family functions. The management was supportive and made sure events ran smoothly. The elegant interiors, lighting, and decor give the place a classy, peaceful feel, suitable for families, business travelers, and small celebrations. The pricing seemed reasonable for the comfort and service. My stay exceeded expectations, and I was completely satisfied.
