Hotel Hill Fort Inn

I wouldn't recommend this hotel even to an average customer. The place was dusty and so unclean that I felt suffocated after entering. Water in the bathroom was so hard I couldn't bear to touch it, and the drinking water they provided was the same. The windows were broken, the beds webbed, the fans soiled, and the toilet unclean. The whole corridor smelled of alcohol and cigarettes. Just keep out.

Please remove this hotel from OYO. The staff were arrogant, and the room smelled, including inside the cupboards. The bedsheet and pillows were very dirty, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. They didn't provide towels or soap. I ask the OYO team to look into it, or this will affect the company's reputation.

There isn't a restaurant to eat at, and the switchboards are broken. The washrooms aren't very clean either. For the price, the service and hygiene aren't worth it. You can find better places for less.

People there don't know how to speak to customers and are very abusive. We waited 10 minutes before entering because the room was being cleaned, but if we were five minutes late checking out, they wanted a full day's rent. They can be late, but we can't. The lift got stuck between the third and second floors. Thank God we weren't inside.
