The room was very small, the washroom dirty, and the pillows looked dirty too, like they had just been put out without care. Staff were very rude. They claim it's a 3-star hotel, but it felt like zero stars.

I checked in on the morning of 8 May, but had to check out straight away because there was no water to change.

The front desk person shouted at us for checking out 10 minutes late. Horrible experience at mango leaves. I won't come back.

The location worked well for us, close to the Metro station and easy to reach, and the room was clean and a good size for a budget hotel. Our stay at hotel Mango Leaves was great. The front counter staff were especially friendly and bubbly, and room service and the other facilities were nice too. We found the bed comfortable and the small bathroom well organized. There was a little fridge in our room; staff said only deluxe and suite rooms have one. If you forget a toothbrush, you can ask reception for an amenity kit. The rooms are worth the price, and we'd certainly come back.
