Hotel Maski Suites

Maski house felt secure and peaceful throughout our family stay, and the property was clean and well maintained. It combines hotel comfort with the convenience of co-living. The spacious rooms and common areas worked well for both work and relaxing. Staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. It seems suited to short visits as well as longer rentals, and I recommend it to families, working professionals, or anyone looking for a community-friendly place. We'll definitely come back.

The person at reception was very rude. We were rushing out with our cab waiting, but they wouldn't let us leave until we posted a review. I'd already given a 5-star rating, so I told him that, and he started yelling at me, asking if that was how I behaved. They were literally begging for reviews. For late checkout, they also asked for 500 per hour. Very bad service.

Room service was awful. There's no guarantee they'll clean the room each day or leave water. During my five days there, I had to call three times just to get the complimentary water bottle. If you ask for water or anything else, they say the room service guy won't be available until after 10. They even forgot to provide the complimentary breakfast one day. Worst experience ever.

The stay is basically BYO, so keep these things in mind if you're planning to book. Check-in is only at 1 pm. Early check-in is possible, but you have to pay right away. Since the building is very new, there are lots of bathroom problems, and the geysers don't work. Construction in the neighboring buildings will wake you up, so be ready to get up at 7.30 am. The manager or room service may barge in without knocking. Rooms aren't cleaned daily, so it's better to bring your own dustpan and broom. Bring bath or face towels too, since they provide only one per room. No bath supplies are provided, including shampoo, soap, shower gel, or a dental kit. The manager is rude if you question anything, and if you argue, he'll threaten to bring his friends from the locality to throw you out.
