Western Suites

At Western Suites Ayyappa Society, the front desk made check-in quick and easy, greeting me warmly and explaining everything I needed to know. I was impressed by how efficient and welcoming they were. The property was spotless, and the staff’s professionalism made for an outstanding stay. I’d recommend this hotel if you want excellent service and a clean place.

Western Suites in Hyderabad was a good place to stay. The location is convenient, the room was comfortable and clean, and the free Wi-Fi worked well throughout. The front staff were helpful and friendly, and express check-in went smoothly. A few additions would make the room more comfortable: a hot water kettle with tea and coffee sachets, sugar, lemon tea, and milk powder, plus basic kitchen items such as bowls or dishes and some tissues. I’d recommend staying here.

After three days here, I can say this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The place is noisy, and the doors are locked at midnight, leaving you waiting outside as if you’re trying to get into your own home after curfew. There’s constant street noise, too. In a slippery bathroom, they didn’t provide even basic safety items like mats. The plumbing in the bathroom is a disaster. Every tap, the toilet jet spray, and both hot and cold sink knobs gave only boiling water, with no way to control the temperature. The main shower drain and shower were clogged, and the hand shower didn’t work at all. They gave us no mats or doormats, even after we asked. I nearly slipped several times and fell once. When I told reception, they brushed it off and said they’d never heard that complaint before. It’s hard to believe a plumbing system leaking and failing at every outlet is a new issue. Toiletries were provided on Day 1 only. After that, we got nothing unless we specifically asked. When we needed cutlery or plates, they handed us dripping wet plates and used spoons that looked like they’d been in someone else’s mouth seconds earlier. It happened three times. Hygiene clearly doesn’t seem to matter here. After checkout, I noticed I’d left a small Blinkit bag in the room with a sweater, a top of my girlfriend, and an expensive skincare lotion. Hotel staff somehow gathered the trash I’d thrown out separately, stuffed it into that same bag, and sent it to me by Rapido. The discarded items arrived, but the lotion that had been inside the bag was missing. That suggests the bag was opened, something was removed, trash was added, and then it was sent back, all while the hotel maintains a no touch policy. A tragic level of service, with an impressive commitment to denial. This isn’t worth it at any price. It’s a headache disguised as a hotel, and I’d never recommend it to anyone. Don’t believe the fake reviews here.

I’ll definitely return to Western Suites. The stay was comfortable and smooth from arrival onward, with staff who were attentive, accommodating, and genuinely warm. They handled requests promptly and efficiently, always with a smile. The cleanliness, ambience, and hospitality all exceeded my expectations, and guest satisfaction clearly matters here. I highly recommend it for an enjoyable, hassle-free stay.
