The furniture was broken, and the bathroom fittings were mostly rusty or damaged. They left an empty fridge in the room that didn’t work, and soap was available only if we asked. For drinking water, there were just two 200 ml bottles, with no jug or glasses. This was the worst place I’ve stayed.

The food was good, but pricey, and it might be okay for bachelors. The room smelled unpleasant, possibly because smokers had stayed there before. The taps were old and the door was faulty. If you want fresh air, you get traffic fumes, so you have to manage with the AC. I felt the staff spoke only Hindi. There was no hand wash, just a 5 rupee Santoor soap.

Whenever I come to Hyderabad, I stay here because of the respect and warm welcome. The staff work well, and I’ve had a really great time here. I run a company, and it’s one of the best choices for business visits since they have meeting rooms.

We held an event here and it went really well, without any issues. The banquet hall was lovely, and the management handled things well. Staff were friendly, the food was amazing, and the price was very affordable. The hotel could use some renovation, but it was still a wonderful experience. I wonder why some reviews call the staff arrogant, since I think how you behave with them matters. Hope the hotel gets more attention. 4.5/5 :)

Mosquitoes and cockroaches were all over the room, and the place was extremely dirty. The bathroom heater didn’t work either. I stayed for two nights and had a terrible time. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I’d never recommend it.
