The receptionist was really helpful, and the staff were good. They kept the place clean and hygienic, and the stay was fabulous, with great amenities.

The hotel is handy for a conference at HICC, which is close by, and there are restaurants and malls nearby too. My room was spacious enough for the price. Staff were friendly, polite, and very supportive. There’s cold drinking water at reception if you ask. A couple of small things could be better: we sometimes had to request extra towels, maybe because they forgot we had more people, and the towels looked like they’d been in use for quite a while. After cleaning the room, it would’ve been nice to get fresh water bottles as well.

They wanted to charge extra because we checked out just five minutes late, and the reception staff were unpleasant about it. They acted like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay. One of the worst hotels I’ve seen, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The rest was okay, but the room’s electrical sockets were broken and didn’t work. Breakfast was basic and took a while to arrive.
