Finding the place can be tricky because Google Maps shows the wrong spot. Search for Townhouse Oak Nagole, opposite Mini Shilparamam instead. The owner was responsive and helped us get there. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the sheets were fresh, and everything was well maintained. Staff were helpful and polite, especially Mr. Ravi. It was a comfortable stay for the money, and I'd recommend it.

The room phone didn't work, the AC wasn't functioning properly, and there was no towel or soap. Staff didn't respond even after I called several times. The receptionist, a man with religious markings ("namalu") on his forehead, was very rude. He first quoted ₹1300, then took ₹1500 and said he'd return the remaining ₹200 at checkout. He never did. The staff's behavior and service were extremely disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
