Hotel O Madhapur VIP Hills

We left after one night even though we’d booked two. The place was that disappointing. The rooms and corridors were poorly looked after, with broken tiles, stained walls, dust, cockroaches, and dirty bathrooms. The bedding was soiled, there were no drinking water bottles, and the staff were rude. Breakfast had been promised as part of the booking, but when we asked, they said we should have told them beforehand. There was no phone in the room to call for service either. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We had a peaceful stay, and the location was convenient. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the service was great. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back.

I woke up covered in bites and then found live bed bugs on the mattress (see attached photo). That’s a serious hygiene and health concern. I’d stay somewhere else and save your money and your skin until this property has professional pest control.

The location is a plus, close to good restaurants, the IT park, and the metro station. Still, I can’t recommend staying here. The rates are far too high for the quality, and it barely feels like a hotel, more like a badly maintained PG. The rooms are unhygienic and poorly managed, with insects, especially mosquitoes. Bathrooms and fittings are filthy, often broken, and clearly neglected. Housekeeping doesn’t come daily, and the towels, sheets, and pillows are unclean enough to raise concerns about skin or body infections. Even the buckets and mugs are dirty. The solar water system doesn’t work, so bathing means cold water. Furniture and bathroom fittings are in poor shape too. Maybe it could work for single bachelors or professionals near Hitech City who need a very short, cheap stay and are willing to give up a lot of hygiene and comfort. For anyone else, it’s one of the worst places I’ve stayed, and doesn’t deserve even zero stars.
