We got a good online rate, so it felt like good value, and the location near malls and Hitech City worked well for leisure or business. The standalone building also has plenty of parking, which is useful in busy Hyderabad. The approach from the main road is steep, though, without proper steps or accessibility help, so it could be difficult for older guests or anyone with mobility issues. We had a three-bedroom flat with a hall, kitchen and dry gallery. The premium bedroom was roomy and comfortable, with a good-sized attached bathroom. The deluxe room had its own bathroom too, but it was very small and awkward for bathing. The standard room’s bathroom was outside the room, though still within the flat. Breakfast was included, but it was average and the same each day: masala dosa, idli with chutney and sambar, vada and fruit. Tea and coffee were available anytime. The hotel sells 500 ml water bottles at a high price, so buying outside is better. They do provide two complimentary bottles daily. It’s a decent choice for families or groups thanks to the apartment layout and location. Bathroom design, access and breakfast variety could all be better.

Check-in and checkout were easy, thanks to the helpful, courteous front desk. Housekeeping were attentive and polite, and kept things tidy during my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and well looked after, so I felt comfortable there.

That huge TV was fun to watch, and the support staff were polite and helpful. I stayed for a week and found it okay overall. It’s handy having several food courts nearby, though the front desk service was just average. The washrooms are small and breakfast could be better. Decent enough, but there’s room to improve.

We were three people in a whole apartment, and there was plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and cleanliness was generally good. But day-to-day service made the stay stressful, and the “luxury stay” label doesn’t match what we experienced. The website pictures also don’t reflect reality, though that wasn’t a major issue for us. The kitchen was large but had no plates, glasses, mugs or cutlery. On the first day, manager Ajay said he’d provide them. Used items weren’t replaced after cleaning, so I had to keep telling reception what was missing. Things were still absent in the evenings, and sometimes staff brought the wrong items or only part of what I’d asked for. One of the three bathrooms also had weak hot water pressure. On the second day, while we were getting ready late in the morning, two employees came into the apartment to leave a table in a room. We hadn’t asked for it and didn’t hear their knock, which they apparently did. I told reception we’d say when we were going out, and asked them not to enter our rooms before then. They offered to move us afterward, but we declined. Moving after two nights would have meant a lot of unnecessary work, and wasn’t what we’d asked for. On the third evening, we came back to find a window and mosquito net wide open, with all the lights on. Mosquitoes had swarmed inside. They gave us room repellents, but I still found the situation unacceptable. That same evening, I’d ordered food on Zomato and told Ajay at reception. He assured me he’d direct the driver to our apartment. After my shower I saw three missed calls from the driver. I rang reception about a missing glass, and an employee who struggled to communicate in English told me Ajay had left the building. He said the driver hadn’t arrived, but when I called the driver, I learned he’d left the food at reception. The service employee brought both the missing glass and the food upstairs. It was terrible, frustratingly inefficient service. I spent at least 30 minutes each day contacting reception for basic things. On the last night it took at least an hour and a half. I sent Ajay a long WhatsApp message about how disappointed I was, especially since he’d said he would handle the food delivery and then left, leaving a less proactive employee at the desk. The only reply was, “We are extremely sorry for that Madam.” I felt sorry for the service employees, who had to come to our room dozens of times because of poor communication and management. Staff apologized repeatedly, but I never saw a plan to fix the problems. Even replacing used items with fresh ones became a daily struggle. Management and service need major improvement. The service didn’t even reach the level of a basic three-star hotel. I’d spent two months commuting intensely in Hyderabad, and as Europeans we already found the commute stressful. I’d advise skipping this place if you don’t want more stress during your stay. It’s definitely overpriced for this level of service.

The team’s warm, professional service made this a wonderful stay, and I’d recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing visit. The front office made arrival and departure easy, while housekeeping kept the room neat. My room was spacious, clean and in good shape, with the necessary amenities. Staff were polite, helpful and ready to assist with a smile.
