OYO 9004 S V Residency

The rooms are okay, but the staff are really bad. They don't clean properly and don't listen, so customers aren't treated with respect. We had to ask them ten times to clean and they still ignored us. A very bad experience. I'd suggest going somewhere else.

It's in a very good location, and everything is close by. The owner takes special care of the property, and the young staff are polite and help with little needs, including advice. The rent is modest, so it's not very expensive. The hotel is being fully renovated and should be like new in a month. It feels very secure.

Right on the Gachibowli x square, the location is great, with eateries just a short walk away. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are helpful and cooperative. The only downside is the very narrow approach road, which makes parking a four wheeler difficult.

The room was nicely furnished, with a full-length mirror and wardrobes, and it was clean and looked after well. The bathroom was clean too, and had a geyser. The person at reception was really friendly. Breakfast was good, with South Indian options like idli, dosa and vada. I missed it one morning because I had to leave in a hurry and the food was a little late, but my stay was pleasant overall.
