The room had several problems: the only lock didn’t work properly, most charging points were dead, and I had to use the socket occupied by the set-top box to charge my phone. There was nowhere to put clothes in the washroom, no body wash or shampoo, no room service, and no lift. They also switched off the geyser after one day. Booking and payment were difficult too. The hotel refused check-in, saying the Oyo price was too low, and I spent 20 minutes on a call sorting it out. When I tried to extend the stay, they wouldn’t allow it. They accepted payment only at the hotel and at their own price. Oyo showed about 750rs, but they wouldn’t take less than 1200rs.

The bedsheets they gave me were dirty and already used. The room and washroom were terribly dirty too, with no water in the washroom and no toiletries. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. There are better places in this price range.

They turned us away even though we’d booked through OYO. It seemed they’d sold the rooms they promised us to someone else who paid more. When we asked for the room we’d paid for, the staff were rude and told us to do whatever we could. My family and I had to look for another hotel late at night. The staff were very rude, and it was the worst experience.

For what they charge, the room was in very bad condition. The price and the room both made for a really bad experience.

A really awful stay.
