They list the hotel at low prices to attract customers, then give flimsy reasons when you arrive and inflate the bill to double what was paid. The business practices seem unethical, and staff are rude, making baseless allegations against customers. Aggregators shouldn't let fraudulent businesses use their platforms. Please be careful and avoid hotels like this.
I booked through oyo, but when we reached the reception, they asked for more money. They said there was a technical error with the oyo booking server, which had shown the price too low, and charged us extra. That was a bit upsetting.
I booked a room without checking the guest count. When I arrived, the booking showed just one person, so they charged an extra 500 for the second guest. But the same room costs the same whether booked for one or two people. Service was bad, there was no lift, it took 20 minutes to fill a bucket, the geyser didn't work, and there was a lot of pending maintenance.
The staff were helpful and polite, and the hotel is right by Erragada metro station, near a wineshop. There were lots of mosquitoes in the room, though they did provide all out. The toilet hardware was broken.
We asked for the bill, but the woman at reception refused to give it to us. We complained to customer service, and she later deceived them too. She's the hotel's biggest liar. Don't stay there if you don't want to deal with her.
