V V Pride by OYO Rooms

Even after renovating, the place gave us one of the worst stays. The rooms were unclean and the doors wouldn't close properly, and the lift didn't work. They said the solar heater meant hot water would come when the sun was out, which is ridiculous. We couldn't get rooms at Swagath Residency, so we paid the same amount here, but the quality wasn't even close to 20% of Swagath's. Don't consider staying here.

I didn't feel safe, so I checked out early, and I wouldn't recommend this place, especially for couples. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I was misled about what was included, then waited nearly two hours to check in even though rooms were available. Although early check-in was supposed to be complimentary if a room was available, they charged me 30% extra on the booking price. It was the worst hotel I've stayed in.

We booked for a friend's birthday party while they were in town, and it wasn't a good experience. This is an old property with only the bare minimum furniture. You can't leave the hotel after 10 PM. The AC does what it wants and can't be controlled even with the remote, and the bathroom water flow was weaker than me peeing in the pan. Pure nastiness.

The place is nice to stay in, but some things need attention. The bed and sheets should be replaced, the air conditioning needs work, and the water flow is poor. There were also lots of mosquitoes getting into the room.
