The one person looking after everything was kind and helpful, and the owner sounded polite on the phone. But the support from Fab Express was awful, with no clear communication. I stayed one night on Aug 27th 2024, and it was a horrible experience. The lift wasn't working, and the rooms didn't have proper locks. I also heard there had been a short circuit a few months earlier that badly damaged the first floor, with no update about it online. I didn't feel this was a safe place to stay with family.

The reception barely responded to questions, and there was no room service. Basic things like drinking water, towels, soap, shampoo and TV were lacking, and the AC wasn't working in several rooms. The place is tied up with OYO, but the amenities were very poor. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The staff were great and supportive, and breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the location worked well too.

No water, soap or proper cleaning, and the AC barely worked. There was no room service or complimentary anything. Felt like all they wanted was the money.
