MANN The Palm Retreat

The food was good quality, and the rooms were super spacious, though the beds weren't comfortable. The experience was good overall. Do try automated spa.

The peaceful atmosphere and blend of nature with luxury made this feel like a relaxing family break. We spent two unforgettable days at Mann The Palm Retreat, enjoying the pool, evening walks, and time together. The lush greenery and well-kept grounds felt calming from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, spotless, and nicely decorated. The food had plenty of delicious choices for both adults and kids, and the attentive, courteous staff were always ready to help with a smile. We were welcomed warmly, and the stay was one of our best family vacations. I'd recommend Mann The Palm Retreat for a calm, rejuvenating escape with family, and we'll definitely return.

The food had a good range of delicious choices, and the staff were polite and helpful. During my recent stay, I found the room very clean and comfortable, with a lovely atmosphere around the property. It felt like good value for money and a perfect holiday spot. I had a wonderful experience.

The power kept cutting out during our stay, and the advertised backup was never switched on. We also found ants and a lizard in the rooms, and were served rotten paneer. The food, air conditioning, music, and service were all terrible. When the AC in our room stopped working, they moved us to a bigger room and charged extra, even though the problem was theirs. There was no sense of hospitality. They just argued against every bit of feedback, so I don't see any hope of improvement. I don't feel like going back ever 😭
