The staff at Shree Hotel were professional, welcoming, and attentive from check-in through check-out, making my stay comfortable and easy. The rooms were spotless, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed, and the amenities were better than I expected. Everything looked even better in person than in the online photos. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lucknow for quality hospitality.

A great hotel for a family stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Necessary facilities were easy to access, and the service was excellent. We’d love to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

We waited for hours for basics like water and towels, and the staff and owner were extremely rude and unprofessional. The room was dirty, the linens felt unwashed, and there was a bad smell. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and it definitely wasn’t worth the money. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

Nice staff behavior and a nice place to stay. But they should explain the standard and delux room options clearly. They don’t have any delux room, but charge extra for it and give the same standard room. They should clarify this on the online website.
