OYO Flagship 80492 Ck Inn

I booked through the OYO App, but on arrival the property didn't match the photos and they refused my booking even though it was still listed in the app. OYO customer support didn't resolve it either. The rooms were dirty and the owner was rude. Don't book.

They told me there were no rooms when I arrived, even though I'd booked in advance. They then offered a room at one of their nearby properties, 500 mts away. There, I was told the only rooms available cost three times my booking amount. I agreed to pay the higher rate, but the room was in a terrible state: a broken bathroom door, dirty sheets, no wifi or mirrors, broken electric boards and furniture, and it was filthy and smelly. The staff were rude and abusive.

The owner was very rude. After I booked through OYO, he said he had another hotel, then told me to cancel the OYO room and pay him in cash. The second hotel's room was like a rain basera, though even a rain basera is good by comparison. I can't describe the blanket quality. Please don't book here, whether you're travelling with family or alone. I didn't feel safe.

I stayed with my family and found everything perfect. The hotel staff and manager were very kind and polite. The rooms are budget friendly, and I'd highly recommend a visit.
