FabExpress Alacia Inn

Parking is available, and there’s a generator for power cuts. I’ve stayed here a few times and had a good experience each time. The rooms are clean and tidy, the surroundings feel pleasant, and the prices are affordable. Staff are polite and quick to help. There’s also a restaurant, and they serve food based on what customers need.

Everything was okay, but the toilet needs a more thorough clean and some air freshener. It costs ₹1000/day, with checkout at 11am.

We booked while renovation work was happening on the property, and the hotel still accepted our reservation. During that period, I saw serious gaps in security, especially around keeping female guests safe. I didn’t expect this kind of awful service from the Fab Hotel chain. Customer support was very poor, and I believe the commitments from Fab Hotels are false. Don’t rely on the ratings and reviews on the Fab Hotel website, they’re all fake.

The place was so dirty and smelly that I’d give it zero stars if I could. The lobby had dog poop on the floor, trash everywhere, and a horrible odor. Don’t book a room here. The photos are fake. I’d rather sleep at the railstation.
