The hotel was really good, with all the basic facilities and very cooperative staff.

I was there for only 15 hours, and the owner gave me the worst room possible. There was no proper room service, and food wasn't available at the hotel, so I had to order from outside. They hadn't provided even basic things like a towel or soap. I called two or three times about hot water, but got no response.

Hotel Aroma classic was the worst hotel in hyderabad. A very disappointing stay, with nothing good about it. Bad room, bad staff, bad owner, bad area.

A good, budget-friendly hotel for staying with my family. I'll visit again soon.

The rooms were really unhygienic, with cockroaches everywhere and a lot of waste under the bed. There were no bath basics like towels or soap. The service was awful, and this was the worst hotel experience. So disgusting. Don't waste your money here. Such cheap service could affect your health too.
