The staff were extremely rude, and I’d strongly advise people not to book here. I reserved through OYO for ₹1100, but when I arrived they demanded another ₹500 and refused to give me a room unless I paid it. This is unacceptable. OYO should take serious action and cancel their license. There are better hotels nearby.
The staff take customers’ phones and submit feedback for them without consent. If someone refuses to give feedback, they’re denied accommodation. They also turn away customers who booked through OYO and demand extra money when they arrive. If this property doesn’t accept OYO bookings, why is it registered with OYO? It’s misleading and unethical. They’re exploiting customers and collecting money unlawfully. OYO needs to act immediately. Replace the reception staff and take strict action against the property to stop further harassment. @OYOrooms
The location was the best part, and the AC worked. Still, the room was cramped, there were no floor mats, and the sheets were dirty and itchy. Cockroaches were crawling on the bed around midnight. For 1400 a night, it wasn’t worth it. Booking online is better, since they charge more offline.
The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were really friendly. I’d recommend staying here.
The rooms are good and feel classy, with daily cleaning. It’s close to a restaurant, gpr mall and trends asla noci locations. I love prime time hotels. Thank you prime group of hotels.
