Hyvin Suites by OYO Rooms

The bedsheets were stained, there was no lighting, and the staff were drunk and couldn’t communicate properly. The rooms don’t have their own bathroom, so you have to share a common one. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The pictures in the app are far from reality, so don’t fool yourself by trusting them. The room smelled foul when we checked in, and they only sprayed room freshener after we asked. There was no TV or parking, no bed covers, no lock on the bathroom door, and the cupboards were damaged. Worst stay, definitely not recommended. This is my honest review.

The place was a huge letdown. What the Google photos show is nothing like how bad it is in person. I wouldn't pick this hotel at all, and if ratings went below one star, I'd give it that.

I had a lovely stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were so warm and helpful. They went out of their way to make things enjoyable and were very accommodating. Thanks, I'd recommend this place to friends.
