The room and path were dirty, and there was a strong smell in the room. It seems like empty rooms aren't being cleaned properly. The reception area is in the parking area and doesn't look good. I also heard people complaining about electricity overcharges. The overall experience wasn't good, so I don't recommend it.
I left the IRIS on 14 DEC 2025, and today is 4 MARCH 2026. It's been more than two and a half months, and they still haven't refunded my Rs 12000 deposit. They don't answer when I call, and after viewing my messages, they just ignore them.
The WiFi in my room is too weak and unstable for me to work, and the bathroom water supply has been inconvenient every day. The washing machine also needs urgent repair because it isn't working properly. I'm currently staying at Iris Co Living PG and would appreciate these issues being addressed as soon as possible. Thank you for looking into my complaint.
The staff are kind. Food wala dot 8am brings breakfast to the room, and I've had that happen several times. Congratulations to everyone.
Breakfast fell short of what we expected, and the hotel's network and WiFi are an issue. The place is average overall. Booking online is a better option since offline rates are higher and online deals are available.
