I left extremely disappointed. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, with little concern for guest comfort or problems. Cleanliness fell below an acceptable standard, and the poor service and overall experience didn't live up to the listing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
10/10
The front desk and housekeeping were especially attentive during our stay. The staff were very helpful, and they handled our requests promptly.
2/10
The included breakfast was very poor, and whenever we asked for tea, we were told the milk was finished. Same reason every day, which was pretty funny 😂🤣. The AC wasn't working and needed repair. We asked to change rooms, but the AC in the new room cooled just as poorly. A very poor hotel, and I recommend not staying here.
2/10
The hotel was dirty and very bad, and I'm baffled that people like it. The food was horrible and the rooms weren't comfortable at all. They gave me a bill for less than I actually paid. I would never recommend this place.
8/10
These are budget rooms near the Hitech City area. The service was poor, though we didn't need anything in particular. We only got breakfast on the second day.
