Jaswitha Homes By OYO Rooms

I stayed here around six months ago and it was good. Coming back after about six months, I found things had gotten much worse. The staff weren't professional, the rooms weren't clean, and the pillow covers and sheets looked awful and hadn't even been washed. The washroom wasn't kept well, the TV didn't work, and breakfast was bad too. It's the worst hotel I've stayed at. It can't get much worse. OYO's assurance of a good room across India doesn't seem to be there anymore.

Good value for money, and the Wi-Fi was good, though it stopped working the next morning. A few things need improvement: breakfast needs more variety and items, most room doors are hard to open, and the toilets are small with poor drainage and no soap or shampoo hanger. There were no TV channels, and the windows behind the curtains were dirty. The approach road was in bad condition too.

It's fine, nothing more. The building has been renovated recently, but still looks old inside, and the rooms don't feel like a 3 star hotel. TV channels are limited too. I'm neither too happy nor too disappointed, just okay with it.

I usually don’t post negative reviews, but this stay was horrible. The rooms and bathroom were okay, though the linen was dirty, and I didn’t eat a single meal there. When I was running late for work the next morning, I asked for breakfast in my room and even offered to pay. They said the kitchen was closed and I’d have to come downstairs for breakfast. The check-in was just as bad. I’d booked in an emergency and paid the 200 they asked for an early check-in, but then waited two hours and forty-five minutes. They only gave me the room half an hour before the regular check-in time. When I asked for my money back, they said sitting in the AC counted as checking in. The staff were very rude and even threatening. At checkout, they wanted me to hand over my phone so they could rate themselves on OYO. I gave them one star, which is what I felt they deserved. I’ve stayed in smaller hotels where people were helpful and understanding, unlike here. I think their self-posted OYO rating may not come from customers. Google reviews seem more unbiased to me, since users can change their reviews later.
