Booking through an online platform didn’t guarantee a room here. After making a reservation, you may be told it isn’t valid unless you pay a much higher rate directly at the hotel. Management was rude and unprofessional, with no real customer service, and treated guests disrespectfully. I felt the place was unsafe and stressful, and that travelers were being taken advantage of. I strongly urge people to avoid it and not trust the online listings. It seemed dishonest and potentially dangerous.

The rooms were in bad shape, with damaged ceilings throughout. Water wouldn’t come in the washroom, the AC and TV didn’t work, and the rooms were in poor condition.

They’re cheating customers. Management doesn’t accept online reservations, and once you book, they say it’s invalid unless you pay a higher price at the hotel. I believe you’ll lose both money and time, so I recommend avoiding this place at any cost. It’s a big scam.

I had a comfortable solo stay for 2-3 days, with a clean room that had enough space. The staff were polite and room service was good. I’d chosen complimentary breakfast, but the restaurant was closed for one day. The staff took responsibility and brought breakfast of my choice from outside, without compromising on taste. There’s a restaurant menu in the room with reasonable prices, though ordering from outside is also an option. The hotel is in a quite expensive location with good delivery restaurants nearby, and the staff were warm and brought the food up to my room. It was a pleasant stay and worth what I spent.
