OYO 18510 Hotel Sri Venkateshwara

I deeply regret staying here. The advertised facilities were not there, and the parking was poor. They also wouldn’t accept online payment, apparently because they didn’t want to give a discount, and it felt like OYO was being used to advertise falsely. The manager and staff had a lot of attitude. Honestly, I wouldn’t give this place even one star. If you’re looking for a room, stay in your car instead of coming here.

The walls were dirty, the washroom door was broken, and the geyser didn’t work. There was no cleanliness, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Don’t rely on the OYO ratings, just look at the pictures and you’ll see.

The room was cramped, and sleeping in it felt uncomfortable. Its cupboards were damaged, paint was peeling off the walls, and there were cracks throughout. It was also dirty and unhygienic. Drinking water wasn’t included, so I had to pay extra for a bottle, and the water closet was damaged too. I booked because it was listed on OYO, but the TV, AC, and other amenities seemed to exist only on the listing. This was my worst experience with an OYO hotel, and I expected better.

The rooms are small, and you can hear staff talking outside. Privacy is lacking, so I especially wouldn’t recommend staying here as a couple. The manager at the desk wouldn’t listen, and the staff service was poor. It’s really a lodge, not a hotel. If you’re visiting and can’t afford much, you could still choose it, but don’t expect too much. Give this a thumbs up if it helped.
