The tall, fair Bengali man who supervises the housekeeping boys during the day was very helpful. He quickly handled our needs and made us comfortable. The security guard was good too, and helped bring our Swiggy and Blinkit orders to the room. The cleaning boys also did a good job with the rooms and corridors each day and got us what we needed. At night, though, the reception manager wasn't helpful. He first put me in a poor room with water leaking in the bathroom, then asked for extra money when I requested a change. Even after I paid, the room was stuffy and smelly, with no window. The next day the Bengali man helped move us to a clean room with a window. The hotel has no kitchen, so when we checked in late there was no way to order midnight snacks or dinner. They couldn't provide basic bland khichdi for an infant or reheat our outside food. As a guest and well wisher, I'd suggest the owner turn one of the windowless rooms into a kitchen. Towels and bedsheets could be cleaner, and toiletries and amenities need improvement. Overall, good value for money, in a great location in a quiet, posh neighbourhood, but the owners should give it a little attention.

For a tariff of Rs 4k, I didn't find this hotel worth it. The rooms are spacious and have toiletries, but there are no windows. The complimentary breakfast was okay, with limited choice. Room service was poor: even after repeated reminders, they didn't replenish the tea and milk pouches, and they couldn't arrange a taxi when I asked.

The rooms and location are very good, and the staff are kind and open to feedback. A few things for management to consider. Most people travelling from other states arrive early in the morning, but check-in was only at 12 pm and we waited almost 3.5 hours in the lobby. Please use a 24-hour format or offer early check-in. Drinking water is a basic need, so instead of charging for bottles, there should be an RO plant in the pantry for filling them when needed. Towels, bedsheets, and pillow covers also need to be changed regularly, with a bit more attention to hygiene.

We stayed three nights and enjoyed it. There was a room mix-up at first, but staff handled it amicably and professionally. The breakfast was decent, though the Sambar is spicy!! The staff are what make the place: helpful, kind, and always smiling. Great spot for Banjara Hills. I'd stay again.
