After hiking in the cold, it was a relief to come back to rooms where the heating and hot water worked properly. The host and staff were welcoming and helped us with laundry, luggage storage, a ride to the main market, and even a brush for our dirty shoes. We stayed here several times during our Ladakh holiday and always found the rooms clean, comfortable, and spacious enough, with comfortable beds. The studio rooms also have balconies, and the price was very reasonable. The garden is lovely too, though bad weather meant we couldn't enjoy it. It's a nice outdoor space, which many other places don't offer. Choosing among so many Leh hotels was a bit overwhelming, but we're glad we picked Ladakh Greens and would return. Highly recommended. One small suggestion: window insect screens would help, since lots of little flies get inside and end up on the floor. They aren't anything to worry about, just numerous.

The host and staff were warm and welcoming, and the hospitality was great. Everything was clean, which matters a lot to me. They arranged airport pickup and drop-off along with a motorbike rental, and the service was very good. Breakfast was decent too. I have no complaints and would stay again if I return to Ladakh.

For ten days, Ladakh Greens Hotel was our base in Ladakh, a calm place to rest after a trek or acclimatize before one. It's quiet, clean, and well run. The staff are friendly and the food is delicious. The service and cleanliness are excellent for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The staff at Hotel Ladakh Green in Leh were attentive and warm, and the hospitality was commendable. The food was decent, though nothing special. I found the rooms average, with gaps letting cold air in at night, which made them uncomfortable. Expired toiletries in the washroom were disappointing. For the price, it felt more like a guest house, and nearby hotels offer better value.

The owner was very nice and ready to help with anything. There's a well-kept garden with somewhere to relax, and the rooms have heating. It's a peaceful hotel, away from the bustle but still not far from the center.
