The location was fair, and they let me check in two hours early, around 10am. Breakfast had a good range, including juices, fruit, parathas, uttapam, and bread. I also had a pretty good vegetarian lunch of palak paneer and roti, with a good portion. The room and bathroom were quite big, and the room itself looked fine, though I couldn’t tell whether the bedding was clean under the yellow lighting. I was in room 2020, where the power went out twice and the AC wasn’t very effective, so I had to use the fan. I booked a superior room through Goibibo, but was first given one with separate beds, unlike the picture on the site. They asked if I wanted to switch to a room with one bed for two, and that room was spacious. There was no charging point by the beds, so you had to unplug the TV or kettle, or leave your phone by the door. The bathroom had no hot water, and the tap and shower leaked, wasting a lot of water. They provided toiletries for one person even though there were two of us. The bed made so much noise that you’d want to lie completely still. When I asked for water, they refilled old plastic bottles, so I couldn’t tell if they’d been used. Better to crush and throw those away, then ask them to refill your own bottle. Staff acted suspiciously and giggled when they seemed to think we were an unmarried couple. The Goibibo email mentioned a 15% discount on non-alcoholic food and drinks, but I wasn’t given it, so check the discount yourself.

The rooms are large and lavish, the AC works well, and cleanliness is excellent. It’s a good option for tourists visiting Hyderabad, with sightseeing spots about 5 to 6 km away. The hotel has its own restaurant and serves decent food. It’s known for its special chicken biryani, so I’d stick to North Indian food. Don’t order Chinese here, they don’t seem to know how to make it and it’s really bad. Room service was a little slow, which is why I took off a star. Ramoji studio and the airport are far from this place on Necklace Road.

The support staff were the best part. They had a good attitude toward customers and were quick to sort out issues. The rooms are ordinary, with basic amenities, and the breakfast was nothing special, so the breakfast selection needs work. The hotel is on Necklace Road, close to Secundrabad railway station and tourist spots like Birla Mandir and Lumbini Park.

Getting around was awkward, and cab drivers had a terrible time navigating to the hotel. The location felt odd, and the rooms didn’t look like the ones on the website. They also charged too much for the room. Service was okay, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are better hotels in banjara hills in Hyderabad for lower rates and better hospitality.
