I booked for 650 on the OYO app, but the property representative demanded another 700, saying the minimum room rent was 1300. The property isn't owned by OYO, and there seems to be no coordination between them. OYO customer care was the worst I've experienced. I was left on the road with my family for 30 minutes without accommodation, and they seemed not to care. I'd suggest asking the property representative directly about prices.
I paid Rs. 987 with GST and still had to struggle to get hot water. There was no bathroom water at first, and my repeated calls to room service got irregular replies around 3:30 in the early morning. Water eventually came, but the geyser wasn't working. A boy replied to my complaint in the app. They seem to think people who book through apps are fools. The service is not up to the mark.
The rooms smelled bad and hadn't been cleaned. There's no restaurant, and you have to buy water yourself from other shops. I had no choice but to stay the night. Worst hotel I've ever seen.
They charge 1500 for 24 hours and 1300 for 12 hours, which doesn't seem like much difference. The TV wasn't working, the room wasn't maintained well, and parking space was insufficient.
The room is spacious, and the staff are cooperative and will provide things for the room. There were some bathroom and cleanliness issues, but for this price it's okay for a short stay.
