Breakfast and dinner on the rooftop were a highlight, with good variety and food that tasted as good as it looked. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and helpful without hovering, and the service was smooth from check-in through check-out. The modern rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice business-meets-cozy feel. Mercure Hyderabad KCP exceeded my expectations, and the convenient location made it easy to explore the city. We stayed comfortably for 5 days. When a concern came up, Mr. Suraj and management noticed, fixed the issue, and offered a solution. Mr. Suraj knows how to treat guests properly. The restaurant food is tasty, and they make food for kids to suit their needs even if you've chosen the buffet. Sai gave good service at the restaurant. Highly recommend this premium hotel.

We came with an infant, and the staff were very helpful. They happily made steamed veggies, ragi, and dal khichdi for the baby according to our clear instructions. The all-day restaurant was good too, with a great breakfast spread, plenty of options, and great service. Our room was big, clean, and looked new, with clean sheets and washroom. Room service was great, and we had no issues. We'd love to stay again.

Maneesha at the front desk made us feel welcome and cared for. She was courteous, professional, and helpful, got our check-in sorted smoothly, and dealt with our requests promptly. The hotel is well maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and a calm, family-friendly atmosphere. Breakfast had decent variety, and the other staff were polite and attentive.
