The rooms at Hotel Metro International were spacious, clean, and well maintained, and made for a comfortable stay. I'd give the room quality five stars. Service, though, was average. The reception was often unattended in the morning, and the staff member there wasn't very active. The location is okay, but not especially lively. A decent choice for good rooms, though service and location could improve.
A horrible stay in Hyderabad. The staff first refused to let us check in, and we only got in after contacting MMT support. Then they put us in a very small room that looked quite different from the photo. Everyone on staff was extremely rude. The washroom amenities were broken, and the AC didn't work. Worst experience, please don't book.
The location is perfect, close to char minar and all that market, but I wouldn't recommend it for kashmir. The room wasn't good, the washroom was really bad, and the ACs barely cool at all.
It's close to charminar, but the place isn't good. Service was poor and the room below average. They even charge for water instead of providing it free. The jetpump is broken, and the bedsheet was dirty. They're relying on the location to keep the business going.
Decent rooms at an affordable price. The hotel manager speaks very humbly.
