For the high prices they charge, the service doesn’t match. We ordered food at 10 PM and it didn’t arrive until 00:05 A.M. We also asked for some bathing equipment and were refused. The staff weren’t cooperative at all. It was just an okay experience.

The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and I had a nice stay. Breakfast was good, and food could be delivered on request. Rooms were reasonably priced and usually available. It’s a private property maintained by Oyo Rooms, with easy access from Madhapur.

Cleanliness was nowhere near decent, and regular maintenance doesn’t seem to be something the staff know how to do. The rates might look cheaper, but it isn’t worth it. I’d stay away.

It’s just a lodge, and there aren’t any of the arrangements shown in the OYO booking photos. Getting to a room means walking up a very narrow staircase. Nobody comes for room service, and even finding reception is difficult since it’s tucked into a narrow corner.

The location wasn’t good and the rooms were small. At the entrance, some beggars were sitting and eating lunch, leaving the whole area messy. There was no real reception, just a small table with someone sitting behind it. The place seemed shady, so we cancelled our booking and left.
