Mountrose Serviced Apartments

The view from my window is really nice.

The apartments are spacious, with a kitchen and drawing room, and there's great parking. The locality is well maintained too. But the service is the reason for my one-star rating. They come up with silly excuses, say a towel should be used for at least 2 days, and provide a single-bed blanket for two people to share, however cold it is. They seem short of everything you'd need for even an average stay. At checkout, they wouldn't help me take my luggage down either.

We came from Canada to India and, after looking at a few hotels, found mount rose. It was love at first sight. The service was amazing, it felt homely, and the food was great. It's affordable too. We recommend it, and now we won't come to India unless there's a room available for us here.

The staff are good, especially sushant. But the place is unhygienic. They don't clean the room or change the bed sheets except on alternate days.
