We just wanted to leave as soon as possible and find somewhere better for less money. Nothing about the stay was good. The manager was unfriendly, often asleep, and unavailable when there were problems. There were only two staff members, a husband and wife, and neither understood English, Hindi, or the local language, so communicating was impossible. Cockroaches were all over the room. There was no bathroom washbasin, so we had to use the kitchen sink for bathroom needs and to wash utensils. The cramped bathroom stayed wet because the health faucet leaked constantly. The manager charged ₹1000 for checking in two hours early, and even small requests were met with a lot of resistance. Our basement room felt creepy, with vehicle noise around the clock and maids arguing loudly early in the morning. The price was nowhere near worth it. Please don't stay here, even if it's offered for free.

The ground floor smelled awful, and the place was worn out and dirty. The property manager was very rude and kept changing the policies. We had paid for one night but couldn't stay even that long, so we left without spending the night. The conditions were absolutely unlivable.

They said certain amenities would be available, but they weren't, and the stay was very uncomfortable. The toilet seat was broken and never repaired; they didn't even offer us another apartment. The caretaker kept interrupting us and threatened penalties. If you're planning to have friends over, this isn't the place. It was my worst experience.

The apartment is in a very quiet area, and the rooms were large, clean, and well maintained. I visited recently with friends. Teja Anna was honest and dependable, and provided all the facilities.

The caretaker regularly cleaned the flat and utensils, and brought the necessities to the room. Teju ji was very helpful and supportive. I had a great stay and would personally recommend it.
