We had a really bitter experience in the deluxe room. It was badly maintained, the AC didn't work, and the remote batteries were dead. The TV was only there for show. They didn't provide soap or towels, and management didn't respond. I don't recommend it.
6/10
It's an okay hotel for a budget stay.
2/10
Despite the name, this place doesn't offer proper facilities. The lift is in bad shape, and the room costs too much for what it is, with an inadequate bed and mattress. Some staff were very rude, and they wouldn't give a receipt. I don't recommend staying here.
2/10
There's no room cleaning service. Management is terrible: they charge 12% GST but won't provide a GST bill, and ask for extra charges if you request one.
10/10
The owner was very nice and gave us an extra 10% discount. The receptionist was well behaved and really helpful, and the service was excellent. It was a nice experience, and I'll definitely visit again.
