Getting to the apartment means going down a narrow lane, although Uber and other cabs can reach the doorstep. There's covered parking. It's a safe place that works well for short work trips or longer stays. The setup is like a service apartment, with private rooms in a three-bedroom flat and a shared area. The room and facilities are basic but clean. There's an in-house canteen with seating, though its South Indian menu is limited. Reception were helpful.

We were given a whole apartment that felt like home, with a living room and sofas, kitchen with a fridge and stove, balcony, attached bathroom, and dining room with a table. The staff were friendly, and it was a peaceful, budget-friendly stay that I'd recommend for families. The only problem was a few tiny cockroaches, which staff cleaned up after I reported them.

I'm a car driver. When I checked in, I asked for a blanket and towels, but was told they weren't available that day. I asked the manager, who passed it to some staff, but they didn't respond. Everyone was saying negative things.

The rooms were neat and very clean, and the service was so good and quite expensive. I'd never seen this kind of service before. It's near hospitals, and the idea behind how they built and successfully run this place is nice.
