The room didn't look like the photos, and the basic amenities promised on OYO were missing. There was no TV, the Wi-Fi was useless, and the AC barely worked. The stained bedsheets, awful-smelling washroom, peeling wall paint, and terrible hygiene made it a filthy stay. The bed felt like a stone, with no springs or comfort. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They also charged more at the hotel and refused to honor the online OYO price, saying they don't give rooms at online rates. Why list it on OYO then? This was a complete waste of money and time, and it ruined my day. I'm never booking this OYO again. There are many better options in Hyderabad. I strongly recommend staying away.

The room was among the least hygienic I've stayed in, even though the staff knew we had an infant with us. The receptionist was awful, refused to honor the price shown in the app, and demanded double.

The beds and rooms were terrible. First we got a room without AC or TV. After we complained, they moved us to another room, but it didn't look like the pictures.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the prices were reasonable. It's listed online, but if rooms are available, visiting in person may get you a better price.

The hotel staff, especially the lady at reception, acted very unprofessionally and suspiciously. The rooms were poorly maintained and the service was unprofessional too. They seemed to be running some unauthorized side business and asking for extra money without clearly explaining why. The place didn't feel safe or comfortable, especially for families, and I seriously doubt the management's integrity. It doesn't live up to OYO's name. Avoid it if you value safety and transparency.
