The one bright spot was the morning staff member, who was polite and helpful. Otherwise, the stay was very disappointing. The room didn’t match the online photos, there were bugs on the bed, dust everywhere, and the AC and water filter weren’t working. The bathroom smelled awful and was in very poor shape. We told the night staff, but they showed little concern and did nothing. Cleanliness and maintenance were poor, so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The food was good, but the stay still wasn’t pleasant. The rooms weren’t well maintained, and the AC wasn’t working or serviced. I had to call staff three or four times before anyone responded.

The room smelled so bad it made me vomit, and the toilet was stained and filthy. The place felt rotten. I spent two miserable days there, then got charged for 2.5 days and an extra ₹500 after checking out just one hour late. The manager said checkout was 11 a.m., though it’s clearly listed as 12, and lied about it. I told him I was dealing with a medical emergency, but he was rude, arrogant, and cruel. I felt physically and emotionally awful, and his behavior made things harder mentally too. At ₹1000 a day, there are much cleaner and more decent places nearby. This felt like a scam and an insult to guests. I was too sick, at the worst point in my life, to call the police. Please stop buying the fake reviews, I beg you. Never even consider staying here.

The room smelled bad and had poor decor, and staff support was lacking. The dusting wasn’t done, the geyser didn’t work, and the drinking bar was connected. They charged on the high side, including ₹50 per tea, and it felt like a waste of money. Nearby hotels are much better and cheaper.
