The AC and TV didn’t work, there was no hot water, and the bedsheet hadn’t been changed in at least a week. A water tap came off in my hands. The Wi-Fi connected but had no internet, and the room didn’t even have a lock and key. Pathetic Oyo rooms. I called and went three times to ask them to fix my account problem, but nobody showed up. I vacated in the morning. They don’t even hang their board. Oyo Rooms, please remove them from your panel.
We never got our deposit back in full. My dad was critically ill, so we had to move very close to the hospital, but we spent 10 days begging for the deposit and received only 30%. She adjusted the rest, so I guess consider it charity. They take deposits and don’t return them. The place is truly unprofessional and unethical, with zero support or service. She is extremely clever, and her person Vital is an extremely abusive man. Don’t trust them or pay in advance. Beware.
Very, very bad experience. The manager didn’t let us into the hotel and flat out refused to give us rooms. The property manager is pathetic: he abuses guests, talks inappropriately, has no sense of how to speak to a customer, and uses obscene language. Pathetic hotel, staff, and property manager.
The attached bathroom has a bathtub, and Oyo staff brought the things I needed pretty quickly. Good service.
I was there for five days, and the AC in my room never worked properly. Breakfast was served on only two of those days. A very bad experience.
