A terrible place. It’s on the second floor, reached by iron steps, and there’s no lift. The place isn’t clean, there’s no TV or intercom, no geyser, and no water.

The location is handy and the atmosphere pleasant. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. For a budget-friendly stay, it’s good value for the quality. I had a great time here and would recommend it to travelers looking for an affordable option.

I booked a non-refundable room for six hours when the app showed one was available. Right after the booking, staff called to say there were no rooms and told me to cancel. I explained I’d checked availability and that the booking was non-refundable. They said they didn’t know, and when I asked for a refund, they told me to contact the app. This feels like a scam hotel.

The staircase entrance goes up to the third floor, with no elevator, and it didn’t feel safe. Inside, the fan barely worked, the AC seemed to be there for show, and there were no clean bed sheets. The bathroom door was broken and there was no hot water. Cleanliness was awful. At checkout, the bill didn’t show the correct amount I’d paid. Even though I explained there was an emergency at Care Hospital right across the road, the person in charge didn’t tell me about the remaining charges or checkout time, then wanted me to pay for the inconvenience I’d faced. As if there wasn’t enough trouble already. They may say there are no rooms, but don’t wait around for this place and expect the bare minimum. Even in an emergency, I’d book somewhere else.
